A healthcare organization in Prosper, Texas is seeking a Clinical Diet Technician to join their Food and Nutrition team. This role involves screening patients for nutritional risks, conducting nutrient intake analyses, and providing nutritional education to families. Additional responsibilities include processing enteral formula orders and maintaining stock in patient care areas. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or an associate's in Dietetic Technology.
