Senior Helpers McKinney – Caregiver – Prosper, TX

Senior Helpers McKinney is urgently hiring a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team in Prosper, Texas, and the surrounding areas. This position offers shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours. The individual will be responsible for providing assistance and care to senior clients in their homes, enhancing the quality of life by promoting independence and ensuring safety.

Competitive hourly wage of $14 to $15, paid biweekly. Ongoing paid training, support, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

• Provide assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Assist with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living) including managing finances, medication management, food preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Maintain a compassionate, person‑centered approach to care in seniors’ homes.
• Accompany clients to appointments and engage in meaningful activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respect and maintain clients’ privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

• At least 2 years of verifiable professional experience working with seniors.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance; reliable transportation.
• Valid Social Security Card.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude.
