What you will do in this role:

• Demonstrate knowledge of all CAT Scan exam protocols for specific exams.
• Be in charge of exam preparations and patient instructions.
• Utilize radiation protection methods consistently and use shielding as necessary.
• Obtain patient history and collaborate with the Radiologist on proper contrast usage.
• Be responsible for the post processing of data.
• Assist the physician as necessary for all invasive procedures to provide best patient care.
• Assist during codes.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
• Associate Degree.
• Must be located at our FSED.
