The AR / AP Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Prosper, TX. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable functions such as invoicing, coordinating payments, processing transactions, and efficiently handling distributor bill backs and debt collections. The specialist will collaborate across teams to ensure financial accuracy, maintain records, and assist in streamlining processes for financial performance and compliance.

• Strong skills in Financial operations, Invoicing, and Debt Collection
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving in financial contexts
• Exceptional Communication abilities and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred
• Proficiency with Netsuite ERP software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in an AR/AP role or related financial position
