The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions with over 130 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including lash extensions, lash lifts, lash and brow tints, brow laminations, threading and more. We’re looking for confident, outgoing people who love talking to guests and closing the deal. We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon! If you thrive in a fast-paced, beauty focused environment and love making people feel special, this is the place for you! You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience- from the first phone call to checking out with a smile.

• Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
• Follow up on leads quickly and confidently

• Hourly base + commission + bonuses

• Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry
• Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
• Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.

We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands‑on education to further your professional careers.
