Longo Toyota of Prosper is looking for a GUEST RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE/RECEPTIONIST to join our team! The ideal candidate can thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment. This position is 100% on-site at Toyota of Prosper in Prosper, TX.

This is a full-time position, including Saturday shifts. The Guest Relations Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base Hourly Rate of $15.00 - $16.50.

• Answers, transfers, and provides information to incoming calls, walk-in guests, or vendors.
• Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary.
• Communicates with callers, walk-in guests and or vendors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Strives to minimize hold time and abandon rates.
• Effectively monitor and update all information in CRM management system
• Notifies appropriate parties when guests are waiting.
• Performs other administrative duties, as assigned.
• Maintains guest’s contact information including but not limited to phone number(s), email, and home addresses.
• Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.
• Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner.
• Always maintains a professional appearance.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The individual should possess

• Pleasant and polite demeanor with the ability to communicate professionally on the telephone, internet and in person, and use standard office equipment
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year customer service experience and experience with multiple phone lines, preferred
• Ability to coordinate activities with other employees
• Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information in the English language
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
