• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee the full breadth of programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members

• Lead and deliver classes based on the curriculum and teaching method
• Provide a positive, engaging experience for members and families
• Maintain high standards of safety and program quality
• Support training and evaluation of team members
• Adapt to part-time training initially, with a transition to full-time as the gym opens

• Energy, enthusiasm, and a love for working with kids
• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with families
• Ability to be a goofball, give high-fives, and maintain a fun, high-energy environment while staying professional
• Willingness to learn and follow the program structure
