Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Office Administrator and Financial Coordinator located in Prosper, TX. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling and handling appointments, managing patient insurance coverage, completing financial audits, coordinating patient care plans, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires efficient handling of office equipment, maintaining a professional and organized environment, and effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, with an ability to manage daily operations and scheduling effectively
  • Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining office equipment
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with team members and clients
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing records and financial transactions
  • Proficiency in basic financial coordination and billing processes is highly beneficial
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Familiarity with chiropractic or healthcare office processes is a plus
