About the Role

This is a high-impact, international sales leadership role responsible for opening and owning new client relationships across the Australian and US markets
. Based in South Africa
, you will act as the frontline representative of Apex AI, shaping how our talent and AI-enabled services are positioned, understood, and adopted by US companies.

You will lead conversations with founders, executives, and senior operators
, helping them rethink how they build teams by combining top-tier global talent with AI-driven productivity
. This role goes beyond closing deals – it’s about building trust, influencing strategy, and creating long-term client partnerships that drive real business impact.

As we scale our AI-enabled services, you’ll work closely with leadership and delivery teams, contributing directly to the evolution of our go-to-market strategy across Australia and the United States
, while taking real ownership of revenue growth and strategic client relationships.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect, engage, and acquire clients across Australia and the United States through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, clearly explaining who we are, how we’ve evolved, and what we sell.
  • Run discovery calls to understand client hiring needs, growth plans, and talent challenges.
  • Pitch and position our talent outsourcing model
    , guiding clients from initial conversation through deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional seller.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth client handoff and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue and client acquisition targets.
Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience, owning the full sales cycle
  • Strong outbound sales capability and confidence engaging decision-makers
  • Experience selling services, solutions, or consultative offerings
  • Ability to clearly articulate value, build trust, and influence client decisions
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of how businesses hire, scale teams, or engage external partners
  • Based in South Africa
Nice to Have
  • Experience in talent outsourcing, staffing, workforce solutions, or offshoring models
  • Background in selling tech-enabled services, SaaS, or consulting solutions
  • Prior exposure to U.S. clients in fast-growing or startup environment
  • Interest in AI, automation, and how technology is shaping modern teams and hiring models
