The Head Custodian assists the Principal in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency throughout the school. This role is responsible for keeping the Principal informed of the condition of all assigned areas, reinforcing proper training, and motivating custodial and maintenance staff to ensure all schedules and responsibilities are completed.
The Head Custodian helps provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient environment in which to learn, play, and develop.
