We are hiring Senior Account Executives to win new business in our core ICP:
tech Unicorns and Decacorns
.
This is a full-cycle hunter and closer role focused on high-growth technology companies with real scale, complex stacks, and global footprints.
You will:
This is not a transactional SMB role.
It is also not Fortune 500 enterprise.
It is the sweet spot of modern tech scale where companies are moving fast, growing globally, and actively re-architecting their content and AI stack.
You are an experienced B2B SaaS or platform seller who knows how to win inside modern technology companies.
You have:
- A proven track record selling into Unicorns, Decacorns, or similarly scaled tech companies
- Experience closing 35K to 75K ACV deals with multi-team buying groups
- Strong ability to both hunt new logos and close deals
- Comfort selling into Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations leaders
- Excellent qualification discipline and deal control
You understand that these buyers do not respond to feature pitches. They buy because you understand their business, their stack, and their growth constraints.

Our customers use Blackbird to replace fragile, manual, or legacy workflows with AI-ready, governed, and automated content operations

You will work in a US-EU pairing model
, supported by:
- The VP of Solutions (location
US - East Coast) - Solutions Engineers and Solutions Architects (multiple locations, covering key US and EU timezones)
- A dedicated Customer Success team
Your focus is creating and closing new business. The broader team ensures delivery, credibility, and long-term customer success.
