Midwest Staffing is looking for a stellar candidates that are looking for 1st shift candidates 2nd shift (2pm-1am) with welding experience!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding based on product needs
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform necessary tasks
• De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and willingness to use PPE's provided
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent Verbal communication skills
• Proficient in the use of tools such as tape measure, calipers, forklifts, and cranes
• Prior experience as a MIG welder
• Knowledge of welding symbols
• ability to convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions
