Nor Bella Prior Lake & Nor Bella Savage, Lifespark Senior Living Communities, are looking for an on-call Chef/Cook to join our team!

Shifts & WageShifts Available:
On-call
Wage: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour
ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations.
Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
Direct & assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils.
Check all trays for menu and diet requirements, preference, and accuracy.
Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to divide or multiply recipes to meet the quantity needs for service
Scratch cooking – 1 year.
High volume cooking – 1 year.
