Restaurant Server - Hop House

Overview

Come put your serving skills to the test! Join Mystic Lakes Casino’s newest outlet, Hop House, as a Server. In this role you will be a key part of the guest experience. Enjoy weekly pay, free uniforms, and health benefits.

• Takes food orders and enters them into the POS system. Explains menu items and specials and makes recommendations on additional side orders.
• Serves food and beverages according to guest specifications, while adhering to responsible alcohol service standards. Checks on guests for condiment, beverage, or additional food item needs. Follows up on satisfaction during and after dining.
• Performs pre-bussing and bussing duties. Ensures that all supplies (e.g., ashtrays, napkins) are adequate for guests’ needs.
• Operates the POS system in processing food & beverage charges. Handles cash, checks, currency, credit cards, gift certificates, compliments, and tips. Operates credit card validation equipment. Prepares daily sales reports and reconciliation statements.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest and work areas.
• Completes tip reporting form.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Ability to pass a basic math test.
