Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Engineer are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes using 6S and Lean principles.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
- Develop and maintain work instructions and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Hold production teams accountable to ensure processes are maintained and improved.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the manufacturing process.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of 6S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with CREO CAD systems or equivalent 3D CAD software.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proficient in advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and AutoCAD.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in project management and leading improvement projects.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN. It is a fully onsite position.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39.00 - $50.00 per hour.
