Reports to:
Prior Lake Production Manager

Cooperates with:
All Departments

Primary Responsibility: Provide production and administration support to MIRATECH's Prior Lake facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative and production support for the Prior Lake facility.
  • Assist in the creation of production paperwork and production traveler.
  • Scanning and filing of completed production paperwork and pictures.
  • Help with inventory counts when needed.
  • Perform clerical tasks including but not limited to collecting and distributing mail, maintain inventory of all office supplies and notifying purchasing when replenishment is needed, and answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors to the appropriate team members.
  • Handle maintaining, ordering and organization of uniforms for all production employees.
  • Support HR by updating and maintaining internal communication boards and coordinating the organization and distribution of company-branded materials and swag.
  • Turning over daily production schedule.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Detail orientated with excellent oral and written skills.
  • Experience working as a production assistant is preferred.
  • Experience with the use of ERP;
    Syspro experience desired.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
