Performs a variety of accounting and administrative functions to support the day‑to‑day maintenance of accurate financial records and transactions. Collaborates closely with our Supervisor of Accounting to ensure compliance with established procedures, timely processing of financial data, and overall accuracy in reporting.
Schedule Available- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM OR
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours can be adjusted as needed with advance notice.
Create Your Path:The Work You’ll Do
- Audit daily deposit for accuracy and work with team and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Set up new customer accounts and reconciles monthly.
- Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
- Coordinate event billing, transactions, payments, and interdepartmental charges.
- Generate financial, operational, and process enabling reporting to support business performance and operational controls (i.e., sales, payroll, drawer closures, inventory on‑hands, promotional campaign results, etc.).

- Orders and manages office supplies.
- Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Any combination of post‑secondary education and experience in accounting, bookkeeping, business required.
- 3+ years’ experience working in accounting and fundamental understanding of accounting practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in word‑processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
