Position: Pet Memorial Services Technician – Cremation & Transport
Location: Prineville, Oregon
Pay: $18/hour + benefits
Schedule:
Full-Time | 4×10 schedule | Rotating weekends and on-call shifts
Our Client supports families during one of life’s most tender moments - saying goodbye to a beloved pet. This role centers on providing dignified, respectful, and precise memorial care while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail in every step of the process. Looking for like-minded, detail-oriented people to join their family and help support their local community during these difficult moments in life.
WhatYou’ll Do (Paid training provided)
- Operate cremation equipment in accordance with established SOPs
- Handle pets with dignity, respect, and care at all times
- Manage the cremation process from intake through return of cremains
- Support grieving families with empathy and professionalism
- Pick up pets from veterinary clinics and private residences (all types)
- Safely transport pets and return cremains to families
- Complete paperwork, process payments, and fulfill special requests
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the facility
- Work independently with strong focus and attention to detail
Physical requirement: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular physical activity.

- Ability to follow processes accurately and consistently
- Dependability, punctuality, and accountability
- Comfortable working independently without direct supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in caregiving, veterinary services, funeral services, or other service-oriented roles
- Prior experience working with detailed or repetitive processes
