As the Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to resource for employees and managers, handling HR topics like employee relations, engagement, recruiting, compliance, and benefits. You’ll lead initiatives that boost morale and retention, manage onboarding, administer FMLA and other leave requests. Success in this role means being a trusted partner who creates a positive work environment and ensures smooth HR processes that support organizational growth.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Prineville
, with 5% yearly travel to other work locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
