Multi Property Hotel Sales Manager​/Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager / Sales Coordinator to support and drive revenue across multiple hotel properties
. This role requires strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to work closely with General Managers and leadership to grow corporate, group, and long-term business.

• Manage sales efforts for multiple hotel properties
• Handle corporate, group, extended-stay, and negotiated accounts
• Coordinate with GMs and Area Directors on sales strategies
• Track leads, contracts, and account production
• Follow up on RFPs, local accounts, and repeat business
• Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation
• Support brand and franchise sales initiatives

• Prior experience in hotel sales or hotel revenue support
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with hotel systems, reports, and contracts
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

• Multi-property or regional hotel sales experience
• Experience with major hotel brands (Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Choice, Wyndham)
• Knowledge of corporate and long-term stay accounts
