This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing product and service information, processing transactions, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include handling phone and email communications, coordinating with team members across departments, and supporting operational excellence at the dealership.
Qualifications- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution experience
- Basic computer and data entry skills, with familiarity in standard office applications
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer inquiries
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge or enthusiasm for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson® brand is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant training is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
