We are seeking a driven, results oriented Manufactured Home Sales Consultant to join our sales team in Princeton, TX
. This role is responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, scheduling appointments, and guiding customers through the manufactured home buying process. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, comfortable with technology, highly organized, and motivated by performance based results. This role requires consistent follow up, strong initiative, and the ability to manage a high volume of prospects while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Proactively contact leads through phone calls, text messages, and email
- Schedule and conduct onsite and virtual sales appointments
- Educate prospective buyers on available homes, pricing, financing options, and community features
- Guide customers through the sales process from first contact to contract execution
- Maintain consistent follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Accurately track all lead activity, notes, tasks, and appointments in the CRM
- Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, reminders, and follow up schedules
- Learn and utilize multiple software platforms including CRM, phone systems, scheduling tools, and document management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and up to date customer records
- Respond quickly to inbound leads
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Actively work assigned leads while seeking opportunities to generate new business
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and consistency in a fast paced sales environment
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to close transactions efficiently
- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Prior sales experience preferred, real estate or manufactured housing experience a plus
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and processes
- Proficient with basic computer skills and willing to learn new software
- Self motivated with a strong work ethic and results driven mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Competitive base pay plus commission or commission only structure depending on experience
