Shift Manager – McDonald’s Franchise

Join us as a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. As a Shift Manager you will lead shifts, ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and drive team performance.

• Lead and coordinate daily shift operations.
• Maintain food safety standards.
• Communicate internally with crew and managers.
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance.
• Supervise and develop crew.
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Uphold safety and security protocols.
• Read and understand schedules and crew positioning.
• Provide training to new and existing staff.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve as manager.
• Passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
