$18.00 per hour

• Setting up and maintaining member accounts while ensuring data accuracy.
• Entering data, posting meter readings, and preparing billing documentation.
• Receiving and posting payments, balancing the cash drawer, and preparing deposits.
• Assisting members with inquiries and preparing work orders as needed.
• Supporting Business Administrators and management with additional tasks.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
• Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and billing software.
• Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Have excellent communication skills and a background in customer service.
• Preferably have payment processing and cash-handling experience.
• Are bilingual (Spanish or another language) – this is a plus!
