Job Description:
Our client, a major IT Consulting firm, isseeking a highly skilled QA Automation & Testing Engineer Consultant to join theirteam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, a passion for quality, and experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks for mobile and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test plans for mobile and web platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks to support scalable testing solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Utilize a variety of tools and frameworks for UI and functional testing.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues found during testing and document results.
• Work with databases and APIs to validate backend functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing or automation development.
• Expertise in mobile and web application testing methodologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing custom test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, or similar.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Working knowledge of databases (SQL/No
  
  SQL) for test validation.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with modern test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework or Playwright.
• Familiarity with native mobile testing tools like XCUITest, Espresso, or UIAutomator.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and testing strategies.
• Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
