As a Security Operations Manager, you will assist in overseeing daily security operations and help ensure a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors. • Assist in supervising security officers and supporting day‑to‑day shift operations

• Monitor security systems, reports, and incident logs

• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed consistently

• Participate in scheduling, post assignments, and employee performance oversight

• Conduct site inspections and support emergency response coordination

• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and leadership

• Help train new staff on protocols and expectations

• Prior security supervisory or management experience

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Basic computer skills (report writing, email, incident tracking)

• Leadership potential, reliability, and a strong work ethic

• Must be able to pass a background check and any required licensing
