The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 1st, 2026 and run through August 14, 2026

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pmJoin our

** Your key responsibilities
*** Assist Food Technologists in creating a wide range of finished food applications
* Support execution of experiments to evaluate flavor performance
* Participate in the tasting and evaluation of flavors in application
* Write reports to capture individual experiments
* Help with preparation of samples for our customers

*** Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Culinary program
* Lab and/or culinary experience working safely with food products, ingredients, and related equipment
* Working knowledge of computer programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.
* Flexible working style: collaborative in a group setting, and also independent to organize projects, timelines, and personal accountability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.
