• Support all aspects of the recombinant antibody process for monoclonal antibody manufacture, including plasmid preparation, transfection and affinity purification.
• Assist in the resuscitation, subculture and cryopreservation of cell lines for production of Abcam products.
• Maintain accurate records of experimental data using Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), laboratory notebooks and Oracle ERP, ensuring adherence to SOPs and ISO
  9001:2015 standards.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing processes.

• Hands‑on experience of mammalian cell culture and/or affinity purification.
• Understanding ofուխ fundamental science behind recombinant antibody manufacture processes.
• Hold a BSc in a Life Sciences discipline.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for working in a lab environment.(serves) Demonstrates a flexible mindset and ability to adapt to shifting priorities and customer demands.

• Use of an ERP system.
• Experience operating an AKTA system.
