Coforge is seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead strategic customer relationships, drive revenue growth, ensure delivery excellence, and position Coforge as a trusted transformation partner. This role blends account ownership, sales leadership, and domain‑led sales, with a strong focus on expanding portfolios and building long‑term client value.
Key Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end client relationships and serve as the executive point of contact.
- Drive revenue through renewals, cross‑sell, and expansion into new business units.
- Manage full P&L for assigned accounts with focus on growth and profitability.
- Ensure delivery excellence through close collaboration with delivery teams.
- Lead governance (QBRs/MBRs), manage escalations, and maintain high CSAT.
- Identify and shape new opportunities aligned with Coforge’s digital and domain capabilities.
- Lead strategic pursuits, proposals, and large deal negotiations.
- Manage cross‑functional account teams and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Strong background in IT services sales & account management.
- Excellent CXO‑level communication and relationship‑building.
- Experience in large deal pursuits and global delivery models.
- Flexible domain experience, can work across any vertical (e.g., Travel, BFS, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing)...
- 14–20+ years in client partnership/account management roles.
- Strong record of revenue growth and client success.
