Position Summary:
We are looking for high-performing, motivated individuals to serve as Regional Sales Managers. Each of these positions focus in one of the specific industries we serve, have defined territories to ensure ample opportunities and report through a regional corporate office. While we are looking for self-starters, we actively market our company and our brand and assist in sales, product, and process training, as well as prospecting and lead generation.
Equipment knowledge and finance experience are helpful but not specifically required. The ideal candidates will have a desire to build their territory, create meaningful customer relationships and be driven to contribute to the success of the entire organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new business, at the end-user and dealer level
- Maintain, build, and enhance existing customer relationships
- Utilize our CRM system to track, monitor, and market to customers, prospects, and dealers
- Develop strong internal relationships with credit, documentation, collections, and marketing staff
- Initiate customer applications and correspondence, coordinate closings and handle ad hoc responsibilities within the territory
Qualifications and Success Indicators:
- Demonstrable track record of sales success in equipment finance, equipment sales or a related field
- Effective communication skills, including written and phone skills
- Understanding of the equipment finance process
- Knowledge of and willingness to use CRM, Microsoft Office suite, and back-end computer systems
- Dedication to enhancing the customer experience and delivering stellar service to our customers
- Strong desire to grow the book of business
- Ability to travel
