• Earnings Potential: $60,000 to $120,000 annually (combination of salary plus uncapped commissions)

• Conduct thorough termite inspections: identify issues and recommend solutions to customers.
• Build rapport with homeowners: leverage sales skills to upsell additional services, especially the premium Sentricon system.
• Hit sales targets: actively seek and seize opportunities to exceed monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in pest control or a related field.
• Pest Control or Termite Knowledge: previous experience or a solid understanding of termite behavior and treatments.
• Customer‑first mentality: know how to make customers feel valued and keep them coming back.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
