Were seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our footprint in New Jerseyparticularly in Mercer County. This role is ideal for a boots-on-the-ground networker who thrives on making connections, generating referrals, and building a robust book of business through direct outreach and meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, therapists, treatment centers, and other providers in the community
• Proactively source and develop new leads from in-network providers and clinical professionals
• Maintain a consistent presence in the fieldvisiting partner sites, attending networking events, and scheduling face-to-face meetings
• Create and execute territory-specific outreach strategies focused on Mercer County and surrounding areas
• Track all activity, relationships, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools
• Collaborate closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth referral and admission processes
• Stay informed on insurance networks, treatment trends, and competitive landscape

Requirements

• Proven success in business development, referral generation, or outreach within behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare
• Established relationships with hospitals, providers, and therapists in NJ strongly preferred
• Familiarity with in-network treatment and insurance-driven referral systems
• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be willing to travel locally across assigned territory
