Job SummaryAstound Business Solutions seeks a Product Enablement Manager to support product marketing, sales enablement, and product enhancement across our enterprise connectivity, UCaaS, cloud networking, and advanced services portfolio. The role plugs into Product, Marketing, Training, and Sales teams to amplify efforts, drive product alignment, and accelerate sales in focus areas.
Responsibilities- Product Marketing Support
- Partner with Marketing to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions for Astound’s enterprise product families.
- Contribute to collateral creation including brochures, web content, videos, and case studies.
- Support competitive analysis and market research to refine enterprise product narratives.
- Drive vertical (education, healthcare, retail, etc.) specific refinement of product positioning.
- Help ensure alignment of product messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Sales Enablement Support
- Work with training teams to help develop sales training programs, playbooks, and battle cards.
- Maintain a repository of customer‑facing sales assets including presentations, how‑to guides, and product benefit documents.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps and opportunities in product knowledge and selling strategies.
- Assess best practices from sales, sales engineering, and advanced services teams to prioritize enablement with post‑sale efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Track usage and effectiveness of enablement materials and iterate based on feedback.
- Product Management Support
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to coordinate go‑to‑market strategies for new and enhanced products.
- Facilitate development of readiness checklists for offerings such as Ethernet, DIA, Hosted Voice, Ascend UC, Cloud Contact Center, SD‑WAN, and Businesses Wi‑Fi.
- Ensure cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and supporting teams for accurate product documentation.
- Track and review internal product documentation, FAQs, and training materials for thoroughness and accuracy.
- Monitor post‑launch performance and gather feedback to inform future enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree. - Experience:
5+ years in product marketing or product management within telecom, SaaS, or technology sectors. - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of telecom solutions including fiber connectivity, UCaaS, cloud networking, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate product features into customer‑centric benefits.

$110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission where applicable.
