- Leadership: Lead and coach a team of 6-8 outside sales representatives spanning NY, NJ and PA, acting as a player-coach and guiding the sales process.
- Revenue: Drive New Business Sales by overseeing the entire sales number and growing custom solutions for turnkey solutions, field advisory services, and paid training.

Industrial B2B Sales Experience
; experience with fluid systems or a related technical field is a plus. - In-depth knowledge of CRM software, sales tools, and performance metrics.
Candidates should be centrally located within New Jersey / New York / Pennsylvania region and have the ability to travel with the team to meet on-site with customers 75% of the time while spending 1 day/week in the office in PA or NJ.
