We are looking for a dynamic and customer‑focused Brand Representative to join our team at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Bridgewater Commons. The Brand Representative plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the success of our retail brand.

Job Description

The Brand Representative is truly engaged. They provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. An individual who is outgoing, stylish, and helpful. They demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment by ensuring they always remain approachable and warm. They initiate conversations and connect with the customer by communicating in a genuine and articulate way; that ensures the customer is always the first priority.

Demonstrates relatable, confident and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.

What You’ll Do
  • Customer Experience – Deliver a memorable and personalized experience to each customer.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor – Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging sales floor aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Communication – Effectively communicate product features, promotions, and policy information to customers.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink – Implement loss prevention procedures and protect store assets.
  • Policies and Procedures – Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Training and Development – Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

The starting rate for this position is $15.49 per hour. The recruiting pay range for this position is $15.49 - $15.49 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
