Overview

Designer - Kitchen/Bath role at The Home Depot supports three store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up measures, review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations.

• Support Customers First by delivering fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcoming them to the store, assessing project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to discuss designs, and making purchasing recommendations.
• Support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.
• Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.
• Drive sales to support department and store goals by upholding these priorities.
