Position OverviewThe Global QA CAPA Specialist is responsible performing as a backup to the Global CAPA system lead as required with primary responsibilities initially for developing, reviewing, reporting and analyzing data from the global event management system. This includes but is not limited to, non‑conformances and CAPA for any trends across sites. He/she will be responsible for compiling data for weekly and monthly reports using both the Agile system and data analytic techniques.
Responsibilities- Performing as a backup to the Global CAPA system lead as required with primary responsibilities initially for developing, reviewing, reporting and analyzing data from the global event management system.
- Including but is not limited to non‑conformances and CAPA for any trends across sites.
- Responsible for compiling data for weekly and monthly reports using both the Agile system and the Power BI dashboard.
- Bachelor’s degree in science/mathematics required
- Minimum 2‑4 years of quality experience, specifically with CAPAs highly preferred
- Experience with MS Suite – specifically Excel required
- Experience with ISO Standards highly preferred
- Experience with project coordination/management skills or certification highly sought after
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build positive relationships at all levels both internal and external to the organization
- Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate clearly and concisely in multiple media – verbal, written, etc.
- Excellent time/organizational management skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical data
- Maintain strong knowledge of quality management Standards and requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA QMSR, Etc.)
