, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of accuracy and excellence from development to production.

Key Responsibilities Inspection & Calibration
  • Perform electrical and physical dimensional functional inspections and calibrations based on sample requests, validation protocols, work instructions, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of gauges, fixtures, optical comparators, and electric metrology equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Support the development and implementation of new and enhanced measurement methods to improve quality and efficiency.
Measurement & Validation
  • Execute first-piece inspections, start-up measurements, and validation of electronic and physical dimensional equipment submitted by customers.
  • Conduct Gage R&R studies, correlation studies, and shrinkage studies for both new and existing equipment to ensure precision and consistency
Training & Support
  • Provide hands-on training and support to our technicians in the use of automated and manual measurement techniques, measuring machines, gauges, and fixtures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality objectives and ensure seamless communication between departments.
  • Maintain and support company policies, including ISO standards, health and safety requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Actively contribute to the development and execution of quality operating system responsibilities to enhance product quality and minimize costs.
What Were Looking For
  • Strong experience in metrology, inspection, and measurement systems.
  • Familiarity with optical gauging and precision measuring instruments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to train and support team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
