EVP Head of Strategic Partnerships

As a visionary dealmaker and strategic architect, the EVP Head of Strategic Partnerships will lead the design and execution of long-term alliances with global pharmaceutical leaders, emerging biotech's, and/or innovation ecosystems. Your mission is to unlock the full potential of Evotec’s precision medicine and multimodal discovery platforms by building differentiated, future-forward collaborations that shape entire therapeutic landscapes.

* * Deep understanding of how pharma is evolving — scientifically, commercially, and structurally. Ability to anticipate the strategic imperatives of future pharma pipelines and align Evotec’s platforms and discovery engines accordingly.

A bold, entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to identify opportunities, initiate bold partnerships, and lead change sion for creating what doesn’t yet exist.

Extensive experience in drug discovery and development, including translational science and early clinical strategy. Fluency in both scientific and business domains, with an ability to build deals that are both visionary and executable. Experience leading globally dispersed teams across scientific, business, and operational domains. Skilled in inspiring cross-functional collaboration, building trust, and driving unified execution of strategic initiatives.
