We’re seeking a Commercial Lines Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and profitability of Commercial Package and Umbrella products for a highly respected insurance organization.
The Commercial Lines Product Manager oversees the development and success of the Commercial Package and Umbrella products by defining, building and implementing vision and strategy, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role will report to the Vice President, Product Management.
This position is physically based in the office. This role owns the vision, strategy, and profitability of the Commercial Package and Umbrella lines — with direct executive exposure and leadership responsibility.
Core Responsibilities (Executive-Level)- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead and develop a team of Actuarial & Business Insights Analysts
- Partner cross-functionally with Actuarial, Claims, UW, Finance, Sales/Marketing, and Service
- Own CAT exposure strategy across assigned geographies
- Present rate changes, product recommendations, and business updates to ELT
- Lead annual planning with Finance, Marketing, and Operations
- Identify and evaluate new product and service opportunities
- Act as a core member of the business unit leadership team
