Vice President of Operations

Location: Princeton, NJ area onsite
Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus + benefits

Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead and scale their operations, logistics, and supply chain functions. This executive will oversee multi-site warehouse operations, e-commerce and drop-ship fulfillment, and third-party logistics partnerships while driving efficiency, structure, and continuous improvement across the organization.

• Lead and oversee multi-site warehouse and distribution operations, including traditional and e-commerce fulfillment

• Manage and optimize 3PL relationships and performance

• Establish operational structure, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Build, manage, and oversee operational budgets with strong financial accountability

• Drive process improvements, scalability, and operational excellence across the business

• Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership to support company growth and strategy

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain leadership

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior management or executive role

• Proven experience managing multi-site operations and complex fulfillment environments

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets

• ERP system experience required (Sys Pro preferred)

• Track record of implementing KPIs and continuous improvement programs

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or certifications (APICS, Lean, Six Sigma) a plus
