Associate Attorney

Mid-Level Litigation Associate – Commercial Litigation (Hybrid)

Our client, a well-established firm with a national presence, is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Princeton, NJ office. This role focuses on complex commercial disputes, shareholder litigation, and matters involving contracts, professional liability, premises liability, products liability, and construction.

• Managing matters through all phases of litigation
• Drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions
• Handling written discovery and depositions
• Preparing witnesses and participating in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicating directly with clients

• 4-7 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing skills and solid academic credentials
• New Jersey bar admission required;
  Pennsylvania bar eligibility required
