Salary $250,000 - $350,000 per year.

We are a small patent boutique that does a very wide variety of patent law. Everything from licensing and portfolio development to prosecution and tech transactions.

• Take primary responsibility for preparing and prosecuting patent applications across diverse technical areas
• Guide clients on building and strengthening their portfolios, shaping competitive advantages, and planning long-range IP objectives
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with technology companies, founders, and research teams
• Work closely with a group of seasoned practitioners who value clear thinking, practical judgment, and thoughtful strategy
• Operate seamlessly in a remote practice supported by modern, cloud-driven tools
• Deepen existing client relationships while helping drive the continued expansion of the practice

• A minimum of 10 years dedicated to patent prosecution
• A portable practice suitable for a partner-level role, with at least $300K in existing work
• Active USPTO credentials and a technical foundation capable of supporting complex portfolios
• Demonstrated experience drafting, prosecuting, and overseeing high-quality patent matters
• The ability to excel in a virtual environment centered on senior-level execution and direct client engagement
• A business-minded approach, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to practical, client-oriented solutions
