Overview
Jobot is hosting this opportunity, presented by Farrell Ougheltree. This role is based in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office and is focused on employment law with a niche representing financial services clients in arbitration and related matters.
Responsibilities- Provide broad employment counseling and litigation support for clients.
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including restrictive covenant disputes, noncompete and non-solicitation matters, and FINRA arbitrations.
- Draft and negotiate employment agreements and severance agreements.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to business development as appropriate.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in employment litigation, restrictive covenants, FINRA arbitrations, or related areas.
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey; additional bar admissions are a plus.
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year
