Required:

20+ Years, ideally with prior GC/CLO experience in the life sciences space.

Our client, a global life sciences company specializing in medtech/medical devices, is looking for an Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer to help drive new strategic initiatives in the Princeton, NJ area. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of legal experience, including as GC in the life sciences and medical technology industry, preferably at a public company. Prior management experience preferred.

The selected candidate will report to the CEO and serve as the principal legal advisor to the Company and Board of Directors on issues involving legal, governance, risk management, and compliance matters, as well as complex commercial transactions. Base annual salary is expected to start in the mid-$500K range, depending on qualifications and experience.
