Summary

The Director of Commercial Field Analytics & Reporting – Oncology leads advanced analytics to optimize field‑force effectiveness across multiple brands and tumor types. Accountable for end‑to‑end field analytics—including Salesforce sizing, call‑plan development, and RXF tracking—this senior leader partners with Sales, Brand, S&O, Finance, BI&T, and other cross‑functional teams to embed insights into go‑to‑market plans and enable data‑driven decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute field analytics strategies (Salesforce sizing, call plans, RXF tracking).
  • Align field force deployment with brand priorities and enterprise objectives.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor performance and resource allocation.
  • Deliver timely insights to senior leadership for strategic decisions.
  • Lead regular Subnational/Account Performance reviews with Brand and Field leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate analytics into broader commercial strategies.
  • Influence decision‑making through data‑driven recommendations and scenario planning.
  • Establish governance frameworks and ensure regulatory and data‑privacy compliance.
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics tools, predictive modeling, and automation.
  • Lead change management and training initiatives to upskill teams.
  • Serve as a field analytics thought leader; identify emerging trends and best practices.
  • Represent Commercial Excellence in enterprise‑level forums and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on field‑force optimization.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce sizing, call‑plan development, and execution analytics.
  • Experience leading cross‑brand alignment and large‑scale analytics projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder influence and change‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), CRM systems, and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of predictive modeling, scenario planning, and resource optimization.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel engagement metrics and integration with field data.
  • Strategic thinker with business acumen able to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team‑building abilities.
Compensation Overview

Princeton, NJ – $197,800 to $239,681 (US). Compensation may include incentive cash and stock opportunities based on eligibility. Final pay is determined by experience and qualifications.
