Job Duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time

Work on Digital Analytics Implementation Strategy management. Define data collection requirement (business requirements) & strategy for the clients. Manage and triage requirements from multiple stakeholders and work with onshore, offshore Analytics engineers for successful enablement with active communication by setting right expectations. Contribute to the delivery of strategic architecture and implementation of solutions. Support the delivery of complex solutions related to architecture, configuration, security, performance, scalability, reliability, and infrastructure.

Responsible for providing overall direction to the organization on the use of specific technologies, standards, methods, and techniques across the solutions delivery community in the life sciences domain. Participate in the design and implementation of large-scale research and proof-of-concept projects, focusing on one or few technologies or applications intended for integration into a larger platform. Support the validation of customers' technical and business requirements and design solutions that meet expectations.

Draft proposed Statements of Work (SOW) and engagement approaches aligned with client needs. Manage strategic and resource planning to support demand generated by new business. Facilitate the development of team members onsite and offshore to help them understand the evolving market requirements and client-specific systems and processes, enabling effective coordination across teams. Manage key decisions, problem-solving, and the development of strategies, policies, and procedures.

Involve in resource-related activities such as supporting the hiring process, assisting with new employee orientation and training, contributing to performance expectation development, scheduling work shifts, and participating in coaching, counselling, mentoring, and performance evaluation processes. Participate in achieving growth in quantitative and qualitative targets for the assigned business account related to data management and programming. Develop standards, strategies and implement the latest tools and technologies.

Manage the accreditation of specific technologies to benefit clients and improve organizational capabilities, KPIs, and KRIs.

Required Master’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 1 year of experience in the job offered, Business Intelligence Analyst, Marketing Consultant, Product Manager or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The frequency of travel will be 10-15%.
