We are hiring a Director of Growth to lead growth for the LXR Suite of AI-powered marketing solutions, including LXRInsights and related experimentation and analytics capabilities, focused on upper mid-market ecommerce brands ($50MM to $500MM in annual revenue).

What You’ll DoYou will own the full sales function, coaching and developing a team of sales representatives, refining our go-to-market approach, and personally driving relationships with key e-commerce clients. This role is responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performing sales team. You will report directly to senior leadership and play a central role in shaping the agency's growth trajectory.
- Own the agency's revenue targets and be accountable for hitting annual and quarterly sales goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives selling digital marketing solutions to e-commerce and retail clients
- Set clear performance targets and hold the team accountable to pipeline, activity, and revenue goals
- Own a personal book of business, cultivating relationships with mid-market and enterprise commerce clients
- Collaborate with our product and delivery teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and agency capabilities
- Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline health using CRM tools
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the agency's overall growth strategy
- Build a scalable, repeatable sales process from prospecting and qualification through proposal and close
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline; maintain accurate forecasting and reporting for leadership
- Serve as a senior relationship owner for strategic accounts and high-value prospects
- Partner with marketing on demand generation, lead quality, and brand positioning
- Collaborate with client success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
- Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent as the team scales
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing and commerce to sharpen the agency's competitive positioning
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong background in digital marketing, advertising, or agency services
- 4+ years in a sales leadership role
- Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams and processes from the ground up
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in a service or agency environment
- Deep fluency in the e-commerce and retail landscape — you understand how commerce brands buy, budget, and measure success
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services including paid media, SEO, social, email marketing, and conversion optimization
- Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C‑suite stakeholders
- Data‑driven mindset with strong command of CRM tools and pipeline management (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, small‑agency environment
