Akkodis is seeking an AWS Engineer With Terraform & IAAC for a Contract with a client in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on expertise with Terraform and IaC while implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing Kubernetes‑based deployments.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $48/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Develop and implement cloud migration strategies to move on‑premise or colocation applications to AWS following best practices and compliance standards.
- Design and maintain AWS cloud architectures for Java and .NET applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops and Jenkins (Harness is a plus) to support automated deployments.
- Use Terraform to define, provision, and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring consistent and scalable environments.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes using Helm charts, ensuring smooth, scalable operations.
- Provide ongoing support, documentation, and troubleshooting for migration activities while collaborating with security, compliance, and operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in cloud engineering, including extensive hands‑on experience with AWS migration projects.
- Strong proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with proven experience designing and provisioning AWS environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure Dev Ops/Jenkins) and Kubernetes deployments using Helm, with the ability to support complex migration and cloud‑native workloads.

Pay Details:$45.00 to $48.00 per hour
