Job Description

• Define, implement, and maintain the 3–5‑year target architecture across ERP, IIoT platforms, data mesh/lakehouse/ETL, and edge‑to‑cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB) for manufacturing‑aligned initiatives; approve or remediate solution designs.
• Partner with Product and Program Owners to de‑risk delivery for ERP modernization (SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Oracle, Dynamics) and plant network segmentation.
• Establish standards and guardrails for integration patterns and cloud/on‑prem/edge architectures.
• Define and enforce NFRs (availability, recoverability, latency, security, compliance, interoperability) across solutions and SLAs.
• Collaborate with global teams on network segmentation, asset inventory, patching windows, backup/restore processes, and change control for production‑critical systems.
• Work with Data/AI leaders to define data domains, MDM, and pipelines from shop floor to cloud.
• Enable real‑time analytics, including dashboards, anomaly detection, energy monitoring, predictive maintenance, and computer vision use cases.
• Embed security‑by‑design across the technology stack (Zero Trust, identity, segmentation, encryption, secrets management, secure SDLC).
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity requirements and regulatory expectations.

• 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, including 7+ years in manufacturing IT/OT environments.
• 10+ years of experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Informatica Power Center / IICS ETL tools.
• 10+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 10+ years of experience in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• 10+ years of experience in security architecture, including ISA/IEC 62443 for industrial control systems and Zero Trust.
• 10+ years of cloud proficiency (Azure/AWS/GCP), hybrid/edge patterns, and network fundamentals (segmentation, SD‑WAN).
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with integration patterns (APIs, EDI, message queues, event streams, OPC UA, MQTT), data platforms (lake/lakehouse, streaming), and edge computing.
• 8+ years of strong knowledge of Snowflake features and capabilities.
• Proven leadership in architecture governance, roadmap development, and influencing cross‑functional leaders (IT, OT, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance).

• 10+ years of experience with S/4
  
  HANA transformations, global MES standardization, or greenfield/brownfield plant rollouts.
• 10+ years of experience with PLM/ALM and digital thread; EAM/CMMS systems (Maximo, Infor, SAP PM).
• 8+ years of experience with Industry 4.0 platforms (PTC, Siemens, Rockwell, Ignition, AVEVA) and IIoT.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, Azure/AWS Architect, CISSP, CISM, or ISA/IEC 62443.
